Shipping 🚚📦

• Ship by SF international express/local post office in Hong Kong. Please allow 2 weeks delivery days. 🌍🏙️📅

Refunds 💰💔

• Refunds will only be issued to items that are defective upon receipt. The shipping carrier holds all liability for damaged mail. 📦🔧🚫

• The shop does not offer refunds & replacements for Customer Induced Damage (CID) which includes, but is not limited to: 🛠️💔

a. Scratches and dents ✏️🛠️ b. Misplaced/Lost/Stolen pins/rubber clutches 📌🔍🔒 c. Damaged moving parts (applies to the slider and spinner pins) ⚙️🔧 d. Damaged pin attachments (applies to Pin on Pin designs, designs that have accessories like chains or magnets, designs with gems) 💎🔗🧲💔 e. Stolen packages (Although indeed unfortunate, the responsibility falls on the customer/s to track and expect their packages) 📦🚫🔒 (📦💔)

• Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a refund. You may sell/trade your purchased pin instead. 

Returns and Exchanges ♻️🔄

• Unless it is a special circumstance, (i.e., any order mix-up by us or any other error that we are responsible for) returns/exchanges are not accepted. 🚫🔄🛍️
